OTP: Nothing really, but Cloud/Tifa/Barret is the ultimate team for me.
Runner-up: Barret/Tifa.
Honorable mention(s): Cloud/Tifa, Rude/Tifa, Rude/Reno, Hojo/Lucrecia.
Crack pairing(s): Sephiroth/Jenova? *ducks rocks*
Ship everyone else seems to like, but I don't: Any combination between Sephiroth, Zack and Cloud. Fandom burned me out on them so bad they just give me endless rage. Same with Cloud/Aerith.

As for Batman, I mentioned most of these in my reply (http://bofoddity.livejournal.com/77910.html?thread=253270#t253270) to shardsofblu, but..

OTP: Bruce/Selina.
Runner-up: Bruce/Harvey, although not so much in Nolanverse.
Honorable mention(s): Dick/Barbara, Stephanie/Cassandra, Harley/Ivy (can't believe I missed this in the other reply!), Joker/Harley (my kind of dysfunction, sadly enough)
Crack pairing(s): Joker/Batman. ESPECIALLY in non-Nolan context. HOW'S THAT FOR CRACK.
Ship everyone else seems to like, but I don't: Batman/Robin, as elaborated on in the other reply. Additionally Tim/Stephanie; I like them well enough, I just aren't that into them.

My answers are going to be so boring, but here we go!

OTP: Bruce/Selina. I know, unoriginal as hell yadda yadda yadda, but I've loved this ship ever since I first discovered Batman (back when Batman Returns was the shiniest Bat-film ever) and it's hard for me to stop liking something, so OTP it is.
Runner-up: Clark/Lois. Pointing fingers can be turned to Teri Hatcher and Dean Cain.
Honorable mention(s): Dinah/Barbara (if only there was a 's' behind the 'runner-up'!), Dick/Barbara, Stephanie/Cassandra, Raven/Kory, Guy/Ice, Booster/Ted.
Crack pairing(s): Etta/Diana in Golden Age Wonder Woman (IT'S AWESOME NO REALLY), Secret/Six as OT6 (ditto).
Ship everyone else seems to like, but I don't: Any form of Batman/Robin or Robin/Robin unless it's intended to be (extra-)dysfunctional. Ignoring the family aspect is just something I don't do.

I adore Bruce/Selina like AFKSHSHDGSGF too. Though I've never actually watched any of the Batman movies other than the Nolanverse, so I may be missing out a lot on that pairing there.

Ha. I love the way you slashed Secret/Six like that. ;) Which reminds me, I need to catch up on that title soon.

I think Batman Returns was the only movie with Catwoman, so you haven't missed that much. But Bruce and Selina are awesome in all verses.

Secret/Six would probably be more about literal slashing than the fandom kind, but, well, crack is crack. :P I also need to catch up, so thank you for reminding me right back!
