Assistance is needed, flisters/readers!

Does anybody have any recs for stomach-friendly recipes, blogs/sites with recipes or eatable things in general? Something low on gluten/lactose would be especially nice since I seem to have lost my tolerance for bread. :\

I suck at recipe recs. But I know every time my body feels poorly I always go for clear soups, with some rice mixed in.
