Is it too late to move to Sweden?

Today, a law known as Lex Nokia passed in Finland. The purpose of this law is to give employers the right to spy on their employees's net surfing, e-mails, chat-messages etc., and to also to find out the IP-addresses and recipients of the e-mails in emergency cases. The law is extensive enough that housing companies basically have the right to supervise what their tenants are doing on the Internet.

So yeah, I don't know what to think. :(

Wow, that's pretty fucked up. And "emergency cases"? Yeah, right.

Yeah indeed. There are restrictions for how much you can supervise, thankfully, but there was something so sketchy about the law and how it was driven through. Over 40 representatives skipped voting entirely, which just seems really weird.
